Eligibility for Returns/Refunds:

  • The item must have all original tags, labels, and accessories attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

Return Process:
To initiate a return/refund/exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your goods to notify us of your request.
  • Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable).
  • Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging along with all accessories and labels.
  • Ship the item(s) back to us using the provided return shipping label (if applicable).
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange accordingly.

Refund Options:
Depending on your preference and eligibility, we offer two options for refunds:

  • Store Credit: You may choose to receive store credit instead of a direct refund. Store credit can be used towards future purchases on our website.
  • Original Payment Method: If preferred, we can issue a refund directly to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please note that shipping costs associated with returns/exchanges are non-refundable unless there was an error on our part or if the item received was defective/damaged.

Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process mentioned above and specify your exchange request. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item(s) to you.

Non-Returnable Items:
